LEARNING OBJECTIVES ● Develop an appreciation and understanding of the complexity of diversity.
● Develop an understanding of how culture shapes perceptions, behaviors, assumptions, and orientations.
● Understand the relationship between cultural difference, prejudice and inequalities
● Understand how organizations can effectively reshape organizational culture to leverage diversity.
● Develop the reflexivity to critically examine one’s own deep culture.
● Develop and apply critical thinking skills.
● Develop the skills to work effectively in diverse teams.
● Enhance one’s capacity for cross-cultural sensitivity and practice diversity skills.
