This data indicates that most clients entering public treatment programs are from Canyon County.  Further, no other county is close to Canyon in relation to the number of clients being served.  When compared to other Idaho State regions, the 2002 survey data indicate a reduction in the number of clients entering treatment from Region Three.  This reduction is similar to other regions.
