In general, there has been a continual decrease in teen pregnancies for individuals less than 18 years old in most regions.  However, in FY 2004, Region 5 experienced a major increase in 15-17 year olds who became pregnant.  More importantly, although there has been a gradual decrease since FY 95, there is a major increase in the number of pregnancies for 18-19 year olds in all regions.
