Welcome to the Department of Psychology and Communication Studies!

Welcome to the Department of Psychology and Communication Studies (PCS).  We think you will find that PCS is a Department of accomplishment.  We offer two undergraduate majors, one in Psychology and one in Communication Studies.  We also offer the Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Factors Psychology, and General Experimental Psychology.  The Department continues to build on its distinguished reputation as an integral component of the state’s premier university by vigorously pursuing its mission to achieve excellence in a range of scholarly and educational endeavors.  Our faculty members are some of the finest teachers and researchers in the university.   

The goal of this site is to provide you with a useful tool for learning more about what we have to offer, whether you are a prospective student, a colleague from another institution, a member of the news media, or an alumnus seeking to keep in touch.  You should be able to answer most of your questions by browsing, but please don't hesitate to contact us directly if you don't locate the information you're seeking.
