Assignment 6 - Developing a Job Aid (10 points)

INSTRUCTIONS:

For this assignment, you will develop a job aid.  You can create a job aid for a job you currently have or for someone else's job.  You may also treat being a student as a job and create a job aid relevant to your studies.  You can utilize any of the formats that we discussed, except for reminder job aids.

You should turn in a copy of your job aid and answer the following questions:

1.  What format are you using for the job aid? What task is the job aid designed to support?

2.  Why is a job aid appropriate for this task?

3.  If you were planning to use this job aid in your organization, what would you do next?
