Assignment 2 - Transfer of Training Matrix (5 points)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Consider three time periods (pretraining, during training, and after training) and three parties involved in transfer of training (manager, trainer, trainee). Construct a matrix showing what each party can do to facilitate transfer of training at each time period.

Thus, you should construct a table like the one below and then identify what each person (manager, trainer, and trainee) could do at each time period to help ensure that transfer of training occurs.

Going to the Assignments area.

Choosing the correct assignment.

Going to the Submission area:

	Select the Add Attachments button
	Select My Computer to navigate to your local drive
	Select Browse to locate assignment
	Click on the assignment file and select Open to select the assignment
	Repeat the Browse and Open steps if you have more than one file to upload
	Select OK to upload the assignment

Adding a Comment if you wish.

Choosing the Submit button to submit your assignment.
