2.2 Organizational Analysis
Introduction:

Organizational AnalysisAn organizational analysis is the first step in a needs assessment. We must determine if training is an appropriate solution given the organization’s strategic objectives. In addition, we want to determine if the climate of the organization is supportive of training. If employees do not value training, an alternative solution must be identified. Finally, we need to identify if we have the resources to do the training or if a vendor would be more appropriate.
