Consumer Behavior
Overview:

In this section, we will be applying material from the course to the domain of consumer behavior.  This will include understanding the ways in which the consumer cycle works and how consuming situations create specific consumer behaviors.

Learning Objectives:

Once you complete this chapter you should be able to explain the underlying social psychological concepts behind advertisements, store layouts, web stores, and other consumer oriented places.  In addition, you should have a heightened awareness as a consumer about what is influencing your choices in the marketplace.

There is no audio lecture to accompany this chapter.  As the professor who teaches the course wrote the chapter, there isn't much information beyond that in the chapter that needs to be covered.  Read the chapter and review the slides to make sure you understand the key points.
