Lesson 9: Schizophrenia / Psychotic Disorders
Introduction

SchizophreniaWhile substance abuse is the most common disorder, Schizophrenia and the other psychotic disorders are the most dehabilitating. Even with treatment, many individuals with these disorders have difficulty in society. Furthermore, many of these individuals have a revolving door syndrome with the criminal and mental health system. This section reviews these disorders and some treatment options.
