His research focuses on the role of public management in delivering government services in a network setting, the adoption of new technologies, and the impact of e-government on organizational changes, knowledge management, and local governments’ management capacity. He earned his Ph.D. in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Selected Publications:
