Edoh and Beth in a Colorado River rapid.  On right Edoh entering the "tongue" of Lava Falls perfectly.  (It's a 37 foot drop overall!)We were not so lucky and ended up in the "hole" at bottom right.  One oar was broken off at the blade and John was flushed out of the cockpit. Margaret and I were stuck in the hole but the raft did not flip.  The others claim that I rowed the out with one oar. That is a complete myth but is now part of Colorado River legend.  Luckily Gail was in another raft.
