FOR FACULTY- RECITAL, EVENT AND FACILITY SCHEDULING
-
The master schedule for classrooms and the Recital Hall is on
the web at
http://www.class.uidaho.edu/music/content/schedule.htm. This
schedule is updated at the end-of-the day each day. Scheduling
of all classrooms, recital hall, etc. must go through Sarah
Ritchie.
-
All events involving students, including student ensemble tours,
should be cleared on the master schedule (through Sarah) to
avoid conflicts.
-
Preferred faculty recital days are Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30
pm, but are also scheduled on other days. Contact
Robin Ohlgren to
schedule faculty and guest recitals.
-
Faculty may not give recitals AFTER Thanksgiving or Spring Breaks.
-
Faculty programs are due to the
Robin Ohlgren by e-mail two weeks in
advance of the recital. Students are required to submit their
programs to early in the semester.
-
Students should not expect to perform their recital auditions in
the Recital Hall.
-
The Recital Hall is reserved for high priority use such as
recitals, classes and dress rehearsals. However, if the hall is
available on the day prior to the scheduled recital audition,
the student may schedule the Recital Hall for the audition.
- See
Recital Hall Use Policy
for scheduling policies.
- See
Recital
Program Guidelines for helpful hints in preparing your
programs and your students' programs.
