This Journal publishes theoretical, historical and empirical research relating to peace and war in the international system.

Any format for first submission is acceptable. Send as an attachment in Word.doc to vincentj@uidaho.edu . All submissions are doubled reviewed, first by anonymous reviewers and then by the Editorial Board.

Final submission must conform to editorial guidelines, supplied upon acceptance.
