Greek 441 — Crito — revised syllabus

Weeks X-XIII  Continue to do about 15 lines for each session. In class we will go over that amount and then read 10 or so more lines at sight. You will not be tested on these sections, but participation counts.

Week X 25-28 October    Chapters X-XI Thursday review of X and XI

Week XI 1-4 November    Chapter XII  review of XI-XII

Week XII 8-11 November      Chapter XIII; begin XIV

***for Tuesday or Wednesday: Choose the chapter you want to work on for your project.

Week XIII 15-18 November    Mon. to Tues. finish chapter XIV

I have to be out of town for a few days beginning Wednesday and will leave the papers for you in the envelope on my door:

Wed. Sight translation examination. [leave your paper under my door]

Thursday: Research day for your project. Use library and/or web.
