Here is one of the our four emphases to use as a loose guide for graduating in four years. Majors do not need to follow these plans exactly, but these are strategies for successful completion of degree requirements; however, all students need to consult every semester with their advisors to make sure they are on track.

PROFESSIONAL EMPHASIS (39 CR)

The professional emphasis is an individualized program for students wishing to stress preparation for professions such as law, writing and editing, government service, and business. 

Foundations (3 cr)
