1999 Halloween Party

This year we were fortunate to have STD'ers Rex Wilkosz and Matt Looze sponsor the Halloween party, which was a great success, thanks to them.  Below you can find Rex--or is it Pip's philantropic convict?--carousing with a devotee of Bacchus.  We couldn't manage to catch up with Matt all evening; maybe this had something to do with the fact that the Lady Vandals Basketball Team graced us with their presence.  Thanks again, guys!
