Spring 2008

Writer Mike Finkel will read from his work on February 6th, 2008 in the Administration Building Auditorium (note that it has moved from TLC 040) at 7:30 PM. The event is sponsored by the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences, and the Distinguished Humanities Professor Endowment, and will be free and open to the public.

UI Professor and award-winning author, Mary Clearman Blew, will read from her forthcoming novel, Jackalope Dreams, on Friday, February 29th at 7:30 PM in the UI Administration Building Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

Distinguished Visiting Writer, Ann Pancake, will read on Wednesday, March 26th at 7:30 PM in the UI Admin. Auditorium.

UI MFA Alumnus, Stephanie Lenox, will read from her poetry on Thursday, April 3rd at 7:30 PM in TLC 040.

Brandon Schrand, UI MFA Coordinator, will read on Wednesday, April 16th at 7:30 PM in the UI Admin. Auditorium.
