Proposal Time Schedule


Use a bar graph (also called a Gantt chart) to show when you will complete your methods or objectives.

Start the time schedule with the date you plan to start the project after your proposal has been accepted.

Use details. Account for all your tasks, including progress reports (plan on submitting at least two), writing the section of the final report, and writing the final report.

A typical time schedule appears below. It’s based on objectives. Yours could be based on methods. 

 

Notes:
The time schedule below is for a project whose term is from September 1 to December 15. Monthly progress reports are due on the first of each month.

Your time schedule should start on the date that the proposal is accepted: for us, the project will start the week after the proposal is due.
