PROPOSAL FORMAT REQUIREMENTS

Font: Times Roman size 11 or 12

Spacing: Double space for the summary and background sections.  Otherwise, single space.

Margins: 1 inch.   Use ALIGN LEFT (do not use Justify)

Page numbers:  Lower right corner

Headings:  Use bold.

Other: Do not staple the pages together.

            Use a printer that prints clearly, and use clean, white paper.
