Proposal
Credentials
|
|
|
Write a
paragraph explaining the expertise you have that qualifies you to complete
your methods and produce your objects.
Sometimes, team members working on a proposal have a subheading stating each
individual’s name and then a list of qualification. Often, when you submit a
proposal, you will include a short (one page) résumé for each team member in
the proposal’s appendix.
Criteria:
-
Detail any experience
you have that qualifies you to complete the proposed project
-
Detail current work
and support that will enable you to complete the proposed project.
-
Use “I” or “we” here,
as appropriate. Definitely
avoid
passive.
-
Add analysis: show /
explain why your experience will help with the project.
|
Ideas to include in this section:
 |
List courses relevant to the project topic that you have
taken. |
 |
List work experience relevant to the project. |
 |
Explain if you are doing this for another course, senior
thesis, internship…. |
 |
List other people involved (team members, professors who
are helping…). |
Use this section to add credibility and show feasibility
of the project. Remember, you are arguing that you have the skills to
complete your proposed project.
