business letter/cover letter

Editor (name if possible)
Name of Magazine
Street Address
Dear Editor:
Paragraph 1
Enclosed is "article title" ....
Refer to your query letter if appropriate.
Describe your intended audience.
Mention the main points covered/special features of the article.
Mention photos/side bars/other material you are submitting with the piece.
Paragraph 2
Mention places you have published.
State that you are looking forward to working with the editor.
State you hope they accept the article.
