A great way to structure a section of a technical report

Section Title

Introductory paragraph:

    "The x has three main parts: 1, 2, 3."

Part 1 (subsection title)
    describe
    evaluate

Part 2 (subsection title)
    describe
    evaluate

Part 3...

When you write this, avoid an introduction like this:
    "This section covers blah blah blah."

Instead, start with a definition or the main point.
