Pacific Rims Ensemble

Cornish College has garnered an American Masters grant from the NEA to organize this performance of music by John Cage, Henry Cowell and Lou Harrison. Performed by the Pacific Rims Percussion Quartet with flute, piano, and violin soloists, it celebrates the 1939 tour "Drums along the Pacific" which Cage and friends presented at the University of Idaho and other Northwest venues.
