River front Park was originally home to the 74' National Expo, then
redesigned to be the major Spokane Park to accommodate the community.

The famous carousel is one of the major attractions. Both hardscape and green space exist that allows the park to serve many functions. Functions include: community gatherings and events, tourist attraction, biking and hiking paths and small amusement park.
