Looking South one sees a beautiful Gart Sports facilities with little to no aesthetic value. Being close the Main St. there is a bit of a noise situation that many would consider to be troublesome. But if Potlatch were to vacate then the noise would go down considerably.

Looking West is one of the few decent views in the whole neighborhood. With a well manicured park maintained very well it gives a nice break to the monotony of the broken down homes that thrive in surrounding areas.

Looking East again is a well kept lawn the only lawn worth keeping.
