DESCRIPTION:

This workshop will explore the challenges, barriers and opportunities of managing a diverse workforce in today’s competitive business world. In this interactive workshop, participants will: develop a business case for diversity, explore and expose the realities, stereotypes and myths of workplace demographics, and take a critical look at generational differences, gender, sexual identity, race, religion and other dimensions of culture in the workplace.

REQUIREMENTS:

Full attendance is required and other requirements will be discussed during the workshop.
