DESCRIPTION:

This interactive workshop will explore best workplace practices for managing inclusion and creating inclusive environments.  Topics will include In-group/Out-group indicators, negative treatment and labeling theory, development and growth and more.

REQUIREMENTS:

Full attendance during all sessions is required.  Further course requirements and evaluation procedures will be discussed during the first day of workshop activities.

Students must register for the workshop credit PRIOR to attending and complete all requirements as explained by the instructor.  Students must receive permission for the workshop credit from John Mihelich.
